Question
Dear John
The points I am using for my oboe embouchure are: St3, St6, CV24 and GV26. Do you think they are ok? And  would the massage technique for this be the same as for adrenal glands? Does it still have to be done for 30 mins 3/4 times a day?
thank you so much
Jade

Answer
The points are all fine - can't think of any additions to this list. When working on the face it is always imperative that the touch is very light - so not stimulating as you will do with the kidney points. Having said that you use only light touch, it is still imperative that you actually achieve something! Just holding with light touch will not achieve much unless this is done in energy balancing with a distal point. Try some very gentle circular movements for about one minute per point trying to raise a small amount of energy as you do it - this will initially be heat, followed by tissue relaxation. So massage each point for one minute and repeat the process twice a day. Hope this helps - John
