hello sir i am 25 years old male having problems of low sex desire ,pre mature ejaculation ,weak erections ,poor memory ,poor concentration and easily gets tired.i am also having low back pain which generally arises from tip of tail bone.i have discuss with one chinese doctor and he has told me that all symptoms are due to yang deficiency and he has given me yang nourishing herbs like you gui wan and wu zi yan zong wan ,but yin deficiency also causes poor memory ,concentration and erectile dysfunction ,and i do not have symptoms like night urinating.night sweating,hyper or hypothyroidism ,dry mouth .....So is it due to yin or yang deficiency?so that i can do my treatment accordingly i had also done too much masturbation in my past time..so what should i do to retain my health to normal.do i need some other medications also.

It sounds like your suffering from jing deficiency among other issues. It sounds like kidney qi def. Your really are to young to be very yang def. I can not diagnose you over the Internet.  The diagnosis process is lengthy and hands on. I need to see your tongue and take your pulse etc.  I would say stop masturbating if it is possible.  This is probably how you lost your jing.  I would say go back to your Chinese doctor. Yin def usually shows up with more heat signs.  Yang def is more cold signs. You probably would benefit some some tonics.
