Question
I have been having essential tremors for the last one year. I tried couple of medicines prescribed to me by my doctor, but had no good results. I have just started going for acupuncture, can this stop essential Tremors. If acupuncture can stop the tremors, is there any specific method in it, which would be effective in stopping the tremors

Hi Karthick,
Tremors are treatable. Tremors are often looked at as internal wind or blood deficiency.  So depending on your symptoms (your acupuncturist should diagnose you) Those things should be addressed. Either eliminating the wind or building your blood.  There are different acu-points and herbs that will help.  I would suggest that you do acupuncture and herbal medicine to improve ability to heal. Treating Essential Tremors may take multiple courses of treatment. A course of treatment is 10-12 treatments.
