Acupuncture/nerve damage

Question
had dental problems for some years . surgery twice , still problems . told now have sublingular and submangular nerve damage . will i have to live with pain or would alternitive medicine help please . my life is ruled by pain now . hope you can help please

Hi Margaret,

Although acupuncture most likely cannot heal the damaged nerves, but the therapy can alleviate the pain.  Studies have shown that acupuncture stimulates the body to release endorphin in alleviating the pain.
