Acupuncture/Blind after a flu-shoot in 1993, since then not well...

Question
QUESTION: Hi!
Im a swedish girl in my forties who had a flu-shoot in 1993 and the day after I woke up blind... It take at least 5-6 months before I could see again. The first diagnose was a tumor in the hypofys, but then they discover a inflammation in the optic nerve (in the cross)

Over the years after I have developed pain all over my body, severe headaches, muscle pain, aching, scrathing heels, and so on....

My doctor tells me that I have a "kind" of Lupus (SLE), but still I havenīt got a diagnose... (sorry to say, they but me on massive cortisone and sendoxane treatment, that I could feel wasnīt good for me and my body...)

Overall I have had over 5 attacks after the first time with blindness, but nerver so severe like the first time... but every time I would have more and more permanent damages in the eyes, and I am worried that it should come back for more...

Do you have any idea, what to do?
Thanks for your time!

Sincerly
Diane
(is there any acupoint that I could acupressure my self??)

ANSWER: Hey Diane,

I would recommend that you go to a good acupuncturist and have them do a proper diagnosis. Then start treatment acording to that diagnosis. I would recommend run of echinacia root and calcium lactate. THe echinacia will help balance the immune system, and te calcium lactate will help the mobility of the white cells.
Bilberry for the eyes and Burdock complex for innflammation.
Omega3 and 9 for innflammation as well.

The above is information from Dr. Keppel our nutritionist.

The acupunturist is most likely going to recommend clearing heat from the liver.

Liver 2 is right between the big and second toe, you could prick it with a lancet to clear heat.

Your best bet is to get a diagnosis from a qualified acupuncturist though.

If you'd like my 2 cents, I can send you an email intake form, but you really need to see someone local.
