Hi, Dr. Vandeburg,

I've been wondering if there are any medical conditions that have been
connected to kidney yin deficiency.  If so, what are they?

Hi Sean,
Yes, there are lots of medical conditions associated with Kid yin xu (def). In Chinese medicine we look at things a little differently.   Having Kid yin deficiency can be the underlying cause or contributing cause too so many things it would be hard to list them all.  All kinds of skin disorders, psoriasis, eczema, menopausal symptoms,tinnitus, hearing loss, enuresis, infertility, back pain, osteo arthritis, rehmatoid arthritis, GERD, insomnia, Alzheimers disease, dementia, kidney stones, premature ejaculation, anxiety, depression, many chronic illness.  Really it is hard to list them all. This is just what I could think of from the top of my head.  I hope this helps.  This syndrome lead to lots of pathology.
