Question
vaginal surgery left me with pain for two years now, Is there any chance that acupuncture could help my daily pain?

Answer
Hey Linda,

Qi or energy in the body follows pathways we call channels.
They are like a circuitboard that covers and ennervates the body.
There are some in particular that could possibly bring you relief.

The liver channel circles the groin.

The kidney channel governs reproduction.

The ren channel travels right down the center of the front of body through that area.

The triple burner channel connects upper/middle/and lower areas of the body, your issue is in the lower burner.

The chong channel travels up the center of the body and influences the uterus.

The dai channel influences the genitals.

There is a lot to work with and certainly worth trying.
I think you have a pretty good shot at finding relief with acupuncture and herbal medicine.

Good luck, and let me know how it turns out if you have a moment, I'd be interested to know.
