Question
Hi. A good friend of mine was just diagnosed with "Trigeminal neuralgia." Any ideas of supplements that might help him?

Thanks so much!
David

Answer
Hey David,

Trigeminal neuralgia is usually heat in the channels of the face, particularly the stomach channel. Not so sure about supplements, but Chinese medicine would be a great thing to do, along with acupuncture to clear heat. The herb huang qin clears heat from the upper part of the body, so what ever formula I created according to the symptoms, would surely have that in it. I would recommend double strong mint tea as a stopgap until you could get some herbs and acupuncture.
