Acupuncture/scar tissue

Question
Over the last 10 years I've had surgery for a Morton's (foot) neuroma from the top of my foot.  The scar tissue is bad. Massage helps only for a day or so.  Do you think acupunture could break up such old scar tissue? Yet, wouldn't it grow in again?   Lastly, what is the" sparrow pecking" technique?
Thanks - any suggestions appreciated

Answer
Hi Patty,
I have successfully treated the pain associated with Mortons neuroma's.  It really isn't about treating the scar tissue.  It about making it painfree. Sparrow-pecking is a needle tapping technique. Acupuncture and Chinese herbals can you a lot probably. The neuroma should shrink and the pain should go away gradually.
I hope this helps.
