Question
Sir,I am 45 years old and tried all sorts of medicines and from my left thigh to left leg i am feeling the numbness.
please give me some idea .doctors says go for operation,but i dont want to do .
Now please tell me how will i get relief from this pain?
I am doing lot of exercise also and walking too.

Hello Mr Panda,
I believe that Acupuncture and or Acupressure could help you.  You could do self massage looking up the following points on the internet.  SP10, ST36, GB 32,GB33,GB34, SP6, LI11,massage with pressure for 1-3 min two to three times a day.  Or go to a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and get acupuncture with Chinese herbal medicines.
