Question
Can Acupuncture help one to be a non-smoker? If so, what is the success rate, time frame for results, and charge for this service?  Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Joyce

Answer
Hello Joyce,

Yes, Acupuncture can.  Time frame is usually a couple of months.  The process also may include herbal supplementation depending on your exam results.  You must employ lifestyle/habit changes (this may be the most important).  Acupuncture will reduce the cravings but you must want to quit and be able to change your daily triggers/when you smoke...at breakfast, with coffee, etc.
I think you may find it will greatly help you with your choice.

Thanks for the question,
