AnswerDear Lawan,
I am so sorry to hear of the suffering you are going through with the low back pain.
What treatment have you tried for your condition that has not work so far? With the slipped disc, Chiropractic will be limited in the treatment.
What I suggest is Acupuncture with Chinese herbs. They work very well together especially for pain. Now the disc will not be the same again but the management of the pain can be done. But you don't want to get treated for the low back pain for the rest of your life as it will become expensive and inconvenient. Once your pain has been managed, I suggest for you to take an active role by strengthening the low back muscle with exercises. The best way is to build up on your stomach muslces. A chiropractor can properly train or show you certain regiment to safely stabilize the back.
By the way, how old are you and where are you at?
I am located in North Hollywood, California USA. If I am within your distance, I will be more useful to you if I can personally see your condition.
Thank you for your compliments by the way. For more information, visit my website: www.DrManTran.com
