Question
have you ever used acupuncture / chinese medicine to help someone with fertility issues.  I don't have any serious issues but I don't appear to ovulate on my own.  I am thinking of persuing a more holistic approach rather than traditional meds.  It seems hard to find someone is your field with that type of experience.
thanks

Answer
Hello Karen,

I have not used Acupuncture on my patient's with fertility issues but it may help.  The best approach may be a combination of Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Nutrition (high quality supplementation, and a very clean diet for 6-8 months is recommended before pregnancy), Exercise (to reduce stress), and of coarse timing your cycle for conception.

Keep me informed on your progress.
