Question
Hi...I have an acupuncture question for you.

I'm a medical biller and sometimes get pain in my fingers tips when I type and also in my wrists.  I was wondering what acupuncture can do to help with the pain. Also, can you explain a bit about how it works relative to my issue.  I have been doing some reading, but the chinese terms are a bit over my head.

Thanks

Answer
Hell Victoria,

Acupuncture is based on your body's natural energy (CHI)symptoms which travel along meridians (patterns through the body)  Along these meridians are acupuncture points, inserting needles in these specific points influences the energy, wether to bring more in or to reduce.  Balance in the body is the basis of Oriental Medicine hence the Yin and Yang symbol.
Acupuncture may work great for your symptoms along with herbs/diet that is focused on eliminating inflamation in the body.

Have a great day,
