Question I'v been diagonised with stage 3 renal desease, what chinese herbs or acupunture will help this, I healthy in all other respects, thanks Dan
Answer Dan,
Acupuncture and herbal medicine can be benifical to you. You must be very careful with herbs because there are quite a few that are hard on the kidneys. There are quite a few that are renal protective. An herb that comes to mind is Reishi mushroom. The Chinese herbal name is ling zhi. I would strongly advise being under the care of an Chinese Medicine herbalist if you decide to try herbs. Again acupuncture can help also without impacting the renal system at all.
Hope this helps,
warm regards,
