hey how you doing i have a little problem my car use to have a cool air intake and i drove in to a water and the intake suck some water inside the car when off i manage to turn on the car the next day but is making some knocking noise from the engine ok they toll me it may be that i need to change the oil ok but when I'm driving the car is like losing power like on 1 and 2 gear goes slow and after a few seconds gets the speed and when i back up and try to go forward the car turn of do you have any idea what may be the problem?

Hi Angel,
Your engine is flooded and may need to be rebuild. change your spark plugs, your oil, and get your timing adjusted. That may help you but in most cases either a new engine is needed or a rebuild.
Also get rid of the cold air intake if you want more power get a cold box it's better and safer.
