Question
MY bowels are becoming irregular since a few months. Stool is slightly whitish, the yellow color is fading. But it is firm and not loose. I am having at least three motions a day. Due to this probably, I am having foul breath. I am 30 male. What do you think it is? Do I need to see a doc or I can treat myself at home with your suggestion? I have regular food habits, I was an alcoholic earlier (till a year ago), but know lead a careful and healthy lifestyle.
Thanks in advance,
Steve Cross

Answer
Hello Steve,

You must be suffering from IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome).  IBS is one of the most commonly diagnosed digestive disorder mostly found in alcoholics.  I suggest you see a doctor immediately.  Self-medication is not advised.
