Question
hi, i have a weird question, but im 19 and dont drink too often, and so i have a low alcohol tolerance.  when i do drink i get drunk easily which i hate.  is there any way to increase a person's alcohol tolerance without having to drink alot of alcohol???  i am about 5'2 and 115 lbs also. if u can help that would be great!!! thanks

Answer
HI misskitty,

You seem to have a normal weight for you height. It appears that you have a low tolerance to alcohol, that means that your body is telling you to stay away from alcohol. It is not metabolising alcohol very well. One way of increasing your tolerance is to consume some fatty food before drinking alcohol like drink full cream milk or cream itself. But you still have to be careful. Never drink on a empty stomach.

I hope this helps.
