Question
hi there, my problem is that i am suffering from short term  memory loss, i have a drinking problem ,i drink large amount of alcohol today and may not drink for three or four days but the problem is whether i drink or not i can not remember numbers, peoples faces and names and facts that i heard

Answer
Dear abel,

I can only guess that you memory loss is due to alcoholism, that ay have damaged your brain. If you somehow can stop drinking alcohol, not all is lost as according to some studies it is possible for the brain to regenerate some brain cells with a high protein diet.
