Addiction to Alcohol/PLEASE HELP WITH NATURAL REMEDIES

Question
My husband is an alcoholic and has been for about 26 years. When we got together I was just as big of a mess from prescription drugs, if not more, than he was. I want so badly for him to get help! He wants help too, but because of the type of job he has he can't. I'm sure they'd fire him, which is so unfair! At his job if you admit you need help for anything (even medical issues) they don't care about helping you. They just let you go. I understand you have researcher natural ways to heal yourself. I could use this also. If you could give me some suggestions on herbs, or anything that would be a benifit I would so appreciate it!

Answer
Hi CARMA,

I am glad to hear that your husband does want to help. Real motivation  is 80% of the cure. He can do so all by himself if he studies the connection between nutrition and mood disorders.

He could also read the whole of my book "Getting off the Hook" which is freely available on the internet. Just google search for it.

Please read:

and also study the self help psychotherapy course at our web site or read the book.

I hope I have been of some help.
