I HAVE BEEEN SOBER AND CLEAN FOR MORE THAN 8 YEARS.BUT SOMETIMES I FEEL REALLY DEPRESSED SO I HAVE 2 FULL TIMES JOB  AND THEMN I MA EXHAUTED I KNOW I AM NOT DOING THINGS RIGHT HELP WHAT???????????????????

Hello Tracy,

I first want to congratulate you for having achieved some sobriety, but the fact that you feel depressed in understandable.

All alcoholics whether sober or drinking have hypoglycemia. This is nutritional disorder that existed most probably before you started drinking.

Thus when you stop drinking you have to deal with the nutritional disorder that causes you be depressed and constantly tired.
