Question
I need to simulate an alcoholic state for a observation project.  I don't know how much alcohol must be added to simulate  that.  If you can't answer this, can you tell me how much alcohol is in the strongest beer?

Answer
Hello Nhi

I do not understand exactly what you mean by "simulate an alcoholic state". I you mean get intoxicated, the legal level of intoxication for most states is .08 blood alcohol level, which means consuming approximately 4 ounces of alcohol for most people. This means about 4 beers. This would depend on how much food is in your stomach, your body type, amount of body fat and metabolism. Most fortified beers have up to approximately 14% alcohol by volume.
