Addiction to Drugs/Crack addition

Question
My husband is a crack addict. He has been to prison 2 times because of it, caused us to loose almost everything.  After rehab he has been clean for almost 3 months? I found out yesterday he's doing it again. We have an 11 year old daughter. We've been through hell.  Does it ever stop or is it a lifetime thing??

I am so sorry that you are going through this,I know it is hard. Addiction is a lifelong fight, either they are fighting to get clean, fighting with the urges to use and fighting with themselves. It takes a life log commitment to be successful and that is why it is so hard. You need to take care of you and your daughter first and the rest after. You have to take care of you because you will fall apart if you don't.
Would it work to give him the choice to either stop using or leave?
