QUESTION: i take 12 pills a day all at once side affects are lots of plehm. cramps in my sides. dry mouth, get adgitated very easy. that is all i can thuink of.

These can be normal side effects but also dangerous. My advice to you is that you should see a doctor and have blood work done, ask for a physical and discuss with him what you have been taking because this is VERY hard on your liver and the kidneys, not to mention overworks your heart. Look up education on it and seek a group where you can discuss it with others who have like issues. Are you taking this to lose weight or to just have energy?
