my son has just told me that he is addicted to cough medicine he is nineteen years old is said he has been doing this for the past 1 1/2 and i don't know anything about it and i need your help.. he has ask me to find him some help and he doesn't wont me to be disappointed in him but i told him i wasn't and that i love him i would try to find help, so can you help us..

Do you have a center there that he can go to? I would first of all ask your family physician for help and see what kind of services are offered where you live. You need to get him a physical and complete blood work up to make sure he is ok.
Just let him know that you aren't disappointed with him and that you love him, he needs your help now more then ever and remember it took ALOT for him to come to you for help. It is just like any other addiction and you want to make sure his health and safety and well being are the first priority.
