Addiction to Drugs/effects of secondhand smoke

Question
I'm in a debate with a friend over the negative effects of second hand drug smoke. I'm hoping you could shed some light on the topic. How does it effect others? Like if your at a party and someone is smoking drugs (pot, meth, crack, etc.)should you leave the room, and risk looking 'uncool'? Or if you do decide to stay in the room, yet pass if passed to you, could and how would the lingering smoke effect you? An adult? A teen? A child, infant, toddler? Heck, what about the dog, cat? You get the idea. :) She says not unless it is blown in the face. I object! Please let us know what you think. Thank you very much, Ann & Dan

Answer
Hi Ann & Dan,

I just would not be around any party where they smoke pot or take any drugs. I'd like to meet people, not pot-heads. That's all there is to it.
