my partner and i are going on holiday in 5weeks he is on 55mg of methadone he wants to come of this saturday and do at home withdrawl so he isnt withdrawling on holiday what can i do to help him he has been on it for 3yrs its easier said than done i did it but was on it for 4 weeks and a very small dose what can i do how long will he be at his wrst while been on for 3 yrs will it take longer!
You have to slowly come off of this or do detox after a period of time like that. Does he take the pill form or the liquid? Can't he get the pill form for the trip? It can difficult and I would hate to see him be uncomfortable the whole time on holiday.
