i have been prescribed stillnox and avenza from my doctor, i am cranky and irretable ALL the time, i have no energy and feel like i am against everyone and everyone is against me.  Would this be because of the medication i am on, please help

Answer
Dear tracy,

I am not familiar with these drugs. Are they medications or nutritional supplements.

But if you have a drug addiction, this can be treated without recourse to drugs by nutritional means.

Please read:

Drug Addiction is a Nutritional Disorder at:
http://www.hypoglycemia.asn.au/articles/drug_addictions_nutritional_disorder.htm...

Please check yourself with

The Nutrition-Behavior Inventory Questionnaire (NBI) at:
http://www.hypoglycemia.asn.au/articles/nutrition-behavior_inventory.html

and

The Hypo Quizz at:
http://www.hypoglycemia.org/hypo_test.asp

If you score high it is most likely that you are hypoglycemic, which can cause addiction.

The major non-drug treatment is going on a hypoglycemic diet and followed upo with a

Self-help PSYCHOTHERAPY course at;
http://www.hypoglycemia.asn.au/i-psychotherapy.html

These are self-help courses.

See how you go and let me know how you go.
