Answer Hello tim.
It is so sad to hear that, but your brother is on a fast descending spiral into nothingness. He is obviously emotionally disturbed that he is trying to treat with illegal drugs.
He needs drugs rehabilitation and I must say these are generally not very successful because most of these organisations ignore the biochemistry of drugs addiction. Of course it is important that your brother must WANT to get off drugs, before he can be helped. If not he should be prepared to spend many years in jail. About 75% of prison inmate are drug addicts.
If you brother wants to get off drugs he needs to read:
please discuss this with your brother and also with your father, so they have an understanding of the true nature of drug addiction.
I hope have been of some help. If any more questions please come back.
