Question
i am not on drugs. im on something sooooo much better.  i call it 'drinking through blood'.  i had already been cutting, but this was a new addition to my rituals.  ill cut in my usual place, my upper arms.  i dont cut no deeper than when you accidentally cut yourself with a razor.  but then i lick up the line of blood and suck hard on it.  i burns like hell and the meatl in my blood makes my whole body feel like its spinning out of control.  i mean, this was happening in my haed all along, but i could finally feel myself spinning with the earth, hard and fast.  i  gett all the release i need and its not really illehal. i kknow its not healthy, but i dont feel right if i dont fell this spinning at least once or twice a day.  help me!!!

Answer
Dear katherine,

Self-harming seems to be due due to an underlying depression. So you need to treated for depression, preferably without recourse to drugs.

Please read:

Depression is a Nutritional Disorder at:
http://www.hypoglycemia.asn.au/articles/depression_disorder.html

and ask to be referred to a nutritional doctor or a clinical nutritionist for help.

Please also read:

Self-help Personal Growth Psychotherapy at:

for more information.

I hope I have been of some help.
