Question
what pills(ex. tylenol 3) will make you show positive for cocain

Answer
Hi Tory,

I know of nothing that will show positive for cocaine except cocaine.  I checked with a colleague of mine who had a similar question asked of him, and he mentioned he called the lab we use for urine screens. They told him nothing except cocaine would show up as cocaine.

Hope this helps,

Peter
