my best friend snorts roxycotins, she has been doing this for five years now and i am so afraid for her.she has been to the emergency room once already, they say that her liver is failing.When she is on them she is fine , when she can't get any its like she's dying.how long does she have to live if she keeps this up?she is only 24 years old.what damages does this drug have on her body?she sorts about 5/30mg per day.

Your friend is in a very risky situation.

Oxycontin abuse may lead to severe liver impairment which can lead to death.

Talk to her about a Detox program, there are some free of charge.
