Education/Credentials I have a minor in addiction,an A.A. in Juvenile Justice and am working on my B.A in Criminal Justice with addiction. I have worked with doctors who specialize in medical detox and have 10 years nursing field experience.
Question I have been with my boyfriend off and on for a little over a year. He has been
to rehab twice and a halfway house once in that time. He just got out of a 30
day program a week ago and he won't go to any NA meetings. He needs to
start going to the meetings. I even tried telling him I would go with him and
get involved with al-anon meetings. I can already see that he will relapse
within the next couple of weeks if he doesn't get help. I don't know what to
do because I've never had to go through it. Can you give me any advice?

It is difficult to be involved with someone who is still going through the addiction cycle, especially when they have been to rehab twice and the lengths that he has been able to take but he is still walking the same path which leads to relapse. Does he have a probation officer at all? What it court ordered that he go to rehab?
