Question
I am an indicidual that pops an unbeleivable amount of narcoti pain killers.  Last night I was on my usual 15-20 Darvocets, then before bed I took 4 clonzepams and s 300mg Seroquel and went to bed.  Today, I wake up and do the usual 12 Darvocets.  Then I am about to go to the store so I pop 3 more to make it 15.  Thats when this question came about.  We walk through the store for about 20 minutes then BAM......I couldn't walk normal, talk normal, and eventually started to hallucinate.  This has never ever happened to me even if i were to pop 50 Darvocets.  It even went as far as me thinking someone wss trying to kick my friends door in, so I went and grabbed a gun!  My friend was also around and didn't hear anything and I even had her look for the culprit, nothing was found.  I just want to find out why the fuck (pardon) this was like a terrible acid trip?   Thank you so much!

Answer
Hey Blake,my word you are lucky to still be alive and I am serious. I will do my best to tell you exactly what is going on and what happened to you that day.

First of all, long term use of all these meds will cause some serious mental health problems. Right now you are experiencing severe paranoia and thats not good. Your also having severe delusions (the thoughts about someone kicking your mates door in) and getting a gun. Blake mate you have got to get your ass down to speak to your Doctor STRAIGHT AWAY. Your reactions are ending up being extremely dangerous. Blake:you may really hurt someone. Get help NOW before any damage is done because if you harm someone you will end up in a court ordered Psychiatric institute or jail for a very long time. You are a danger to others right now.

Short term use of all these pills-at the beginning-was great, you were getting a really nice full on buzz-yes I understand that. But now, because you have been taking them for so long, they are having a bad effect on you and really messing with your head and it will get worse the longer you take them.

The thing that happened to you when you and your friend were walking through the store was basically an Overdose. Drowsiness, confusion, muscle weakness, unable to see or talk properly and hallucinating-they are the long term negative and dangerous reactions of popping all these pills. The more you continue to take them these symptoms will start happening much more often.

And..Darvocets and Clonzepams are highly addictive and by now I am pretty sure you are addicted. If you suddenly stop these pills you will have nasty withdrawals and may even have fits. You have got to tell your Doctor who will wean you slowly off of them. Seroquel is a mood stabilizer so I am pretty sure that you already have a mental health illness. Also this pill can create the paranoia and dizziness-you have to be so careful and be monitored frequently,so keep all of your appointments.

You are having to take more and more of these pills as your tolerance is getting higher and the more you take the worse it will get. Also you need frequent blood and liver tests as these pills will be interfering with your body negatively.

ONCE AGAIN-GET DOWN TO SEE YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY AND TELL HIM/HER EXACTLY WHAT YOU HAVE TOLD ME AND THE SYMPTOMS YOU ARE HAVING.DO THIS STRAIGHT AWAY. Tell him everything. Print out your question and this reply and show it to him so you wont forget anything.

Blake,I am very worried about you and you need to be worried of yourself too. Get help.

If you want to ask anymore then do write in again. Take good care, Caroline.
