Question
As i had back probems since childhood and my husband had bak problems too,he started to take pain killers and i just stared to take some of him.Now it has been about 4 years that i have been on them and now i can see i just can't stop taking them as my pain gets so bad that i just have to take them.Now its so bad if i dont take any painkillers for about 2 hours my whole body is in so much pain and i seem to get chest pain as well,please help me.I can't afford to go to rehab as have to work to keep my family as i am a single mum

I have a degree in Psychology from the Sydney University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Nutrition.
