Question I have been smokin pot for 3 months now.
if I quit how long would it take for these symptoms of paranoia and depression to subside.
Answer HI ramondo,
It seems to me that you may have been smoking pot to counteract some negative feelings. I don't know whether these feelings of paranoia and depression resulted from smoking marijuana, but it is also possible that depression could have been a pre-condition. These are usually due to a pre-existing metabolic disorder. Marijuana may have given you a temporary relief, but drugs do not treat the causes, they simply mask symptoms.
Whether it is addiction to drug or depression, they can be treated in the same way by nutritional means. Please read:
and ask to be referred to a Nutritional Doctor, Clinical Nutritionist or Nutritional Psychologist.
