Question
I found a little baggy with white powdery "left over" stuff in the bag. I
wasn't sure what it was, and stupidly I sniffed it a tiny bit to see what it
smelt like. it might have been a drug, and now I am very scarred that
sniffing it might of caused me any harm. and I'm beginning to get paranoid
and my nose feels weird and tingly, but I think that part is all in my head.
could just sniffing a little of what might have been cocaine, harm my body,
brain, nose etc in any way? please please help me. I'm only 15.

Answer
Nicole,

I am sorry for not getting back to you yesterday. How are you feeling today?
When you find something like that in the future just throw it away because it leads to situations like this. Have you ever tried substances like this other then yesterday?
I think that it was a huge decision for you to reach out and ask for help and I want you to continue to feel like you can do this so please don't hesitate to contact me in the future, that is what I am here for.

Take Care.
