Question
A 27 year old woman been on crack cocaine for 4 years and now in a program. What would her cognitive/ intellectual capacities and skills be.

I can't answer this question because I have no idea how to measure her intellectual levels without knowing if she has used in the past at all. If she was a fully functioning individual before using and at age level then she is probably at around 20 years old but it depends on the amount of use, the frequency and again where she was before. Make sense?
