Answer
Tammy,

I don't know where you live but I know that most states have a 211 number you can call and they have resources of all kinds. I would call a treatment center and ask them if they have any other suggestions or names of other treatment centers in your area. I would not allow him to come back home at this point if at all. Domestic violence is a serious situation and can become potentially lethal to the victims who allow the offender back into their lives. You are not obligated to be his savior but that is your choice. I would seek alanon meetings for yourself before you take any measures or make any decisions either way. Families of addicts suffer right up there with the addict, just in a different way. Make sense?
