Question
it started out as just snorting an smokin pot. but my cousin an i have been doin ccrack alot my parents found out i told them i didnt need help but im scared of counslers thats why i said i dont need help. but im craving it more an more i am startin to shake an i cant focus on school or anything. i do need help but i dont want to go to a councler about it. what are my other options?

Addiction is a physiological disorder that can make you become addicted to chemical that give you a high. Most addicted people are hypoglycemic to start off with, that make them vulnerable to addictive substances. You can treat addiction by first of all going on a hypoglycemic diet. Please read:

The first step in treatment is going on a hypoglycemic diet. If problems persist, it is best to consult a Nutritional Doctor, Clinical Nutritionist or a Nutritional Psychologist.
