Question
i have now been doing percocets for 3 years and am dependent on them i am not doing crazy amounts. i do about any where from 3 to 6 5mg percs or what ever i can get my hands on a day so roughley doing 30-40mg a day and terrified of being at the same point in my life every day i am in a never ending mind game i could quit cold turkey i belive but i snort them and i have been since i started and have developed i strong mental addiction with the feeling that i get by snorting them and the drip i get i basically love it i would like some ideas of how to keep my mind off of snorting and things that could help me over the long road to recovery and now that i just lost my job i have plenty of time to suffer the withdrawals i do plan on self detoxing so pointers on that will also help thanks .KB.

Hi ken,

I think you got yourself caught up in addiction. This can be treated like any other addiction by gradually withdrawing from percocets, whilst being on a hypoglycemic diet. I know it is not easy to withdraw, but it can be done very gradually. Please read:
