Question
i have been doing 30s for like 2 maybe 3 years. when i first started i could feel amazingly great off half, now i need at least 2 to catch a buzz...a decent buzz. the most in a day i ever did was 6....they got me kicked out my house, lost my boyfriend, and costed me the trust of my dad. i really want to quit for both me, my dad and my ex. were all hooked on them things. maybe if they see i actually meant it when i said i was done and actually quit they might too. BESIDES rehab what activities can i do to keep my mind off of them? i want to quit, no joke. but everyday i wake up without one after saying ''thats it, im done'' , i flip or am bummed out cause i dont have any or i try all day if needed trying to find some...with or without money. i really want to be in control in my life...i want my freedom back...

Answer
Hi jennifer,

I guess you were addicted to marijuana. If so, you can treat this addiction by nutritional means. Please read:

Why Addiction to Marijuana?at:
http://www.hypoglycemia.asn.au/articles/addiction.html
Drug Addiction is a Nutritional Disorder at:
http://www.hypoglycemia.asn.au/articles/drug_addictions_nutritional_disorder.htm...

and discuss this with a Nutritional Doctor, Clinical Nutritionist or a Nutritional Psychotherapist, if self-help therapy fails. The first step in treatment is going on a hypoglycemic diet (look up at our web site).
For more information use our "Search our Web Site" and look for articles containing  topics entered in search engine.

You can also read my book on the internet for free.
