Addiction to Drugs/rise in thc levels

Question
How is it possible for one's THC levels to increase after abstaining for over 2 weeks.  I had multiple tests done with no exposure and the second came back with a 169 score, which correct me if I'm wrong, is almost a peak number.  The first one scored a 69.  I do not understand how this is possible.  I have been no where near anything and my results are 100 points higher.

Answer
Hi Thomas,

I've seen the very thing you're talking about, and have spoken to our lab about it.  Seems THC can be released by the cells in an erratic manner.  So, it's possible for levels to actually be higher at times.  However, one thing is for certain:  eventually the levels will drop to undetectable as long as you're not smoking.  When they are are at that level, no THC should again show up in a sample.  Keep submitting the samples, and watch the levels diminish.  You'll be "cleared" of any suspicion of using (if there's any coming from others) over time.

Regards,
Peter
