Addiction to Drugs/supplements

Question
Hi Jur

I have been on a hypoglycemic diet for some time, and i take a lot of supplements. I take between 5 and 8 supplements in the mornings, covering the whole gamut of vitamins A - E, magnesium, zinc, etc. I want to take herbal supplements in the evening, but this could mean i'm swallowing up to 15 tablets per day. My question is, is this safe ? Can you over-do these vitamins and herbal supplements, even when they are recommended in all the research into Hypoglycemia and mood disorders ? if there was a single supplement that covered the full range, then great, sadly there is not.

Thanks in advance,
James

Answer
Hi james,

Taking supplements is generally safe. An alternative way of obtaining the vitamins and minerals plus anti-oxidant is by way of vegetable juicing. See:

Vegetable juicing at our web site at:
