Question
I took a drug test for the Department of Children Services and my test came back positive for methamphetamine. I do not use no illegal street drugs of no kind. I use the vicks inhaler for my nasal decongest. But that is it. Now they are accusing me of getting high off this vicks inhaler. Which I never heard of. Can you get high off it. And if you can what are the ways. I only used it for my nose.

Answer
I would say that because the Vicks inhaler has stimulant properties, you can get somewhat of a speedy, zippy high, but not something particularly enjoyable.  

I can't say if it would show up in a urine screen, but it is certainly possible, as the active chemical is of a stimulant nature, like methamphetamine.  

My recommendation, stop using it if you feel it is conflicting with your urine screens.
