Question
my daughter 35years old with 3 teenage kids.she was on drugs 2 other times and got clean for awhile.she is back on them, she takes our meds when we are out of the room and spends the support money on them so we support our grandkids.how should we confront her yet again

Answer
Hello,

There are a few ways to confront someone who is abusing drugs:

1. Confront them directly with the help of professional
2. Confront them with all concerned family members present
3. Call the police and press charges if she steals money or medicines from you...this sounds harsh but actually works well. Because the police or judge will force them to seek treatment.
4. Hide your medication in a safe place, and dont give her money to support the kids. Buy what the kids need directly.
