Please give me some advice

Answer
Hello Melissa,

This is a difficult situation for you. I think you brother should first admit himself to a medically supervised detoxification unit.  Once he is detoxified, he needs treatment for a possible metabolic disorder.  Most addict have been found to be hypoglycemic that cause them to be vulnerable to drug addiction. The best people to help him would be Nutritional Doctors or a Clinical Nutritionist.
