Question MY DAUGHTER IS 34 AND HAS 4 CHILDREN AND I HAVE 1 OF THEM AND SHE IS ON DRUGS I GAVE HER A PLACE TO STAY AND SHE DID NOT COME HOME LAST NIGHT I WANT TO KNOW WHAT TO DO DO I TELL HER SHE CAN NO LONGER STAY HERE SHE WILL HAVE NO WHERE ELSE TO GO
Answer Can you be more specific please? Tell me more about what your options are, what can you do for the kids, will you have to keep them or will she take them with her? You need to do what is best for you and the kids and your daughter needs to decide what is more important, drugs or her family. CPS can help you without removing the children from your care and they can order her to have a mental health and substance abuse evaluation. It just depends on the state you reside in.
