Question
How long do you spend in rehab to get off of heroine? My son says he spent a week and he is done! I am very skeptical about this.
Hello Paul,
It may take up to 15 days to withdraw from heroine, but this is not the end of the story. It may take up to a year to repair damage done to neurotransmitters receptors in the brain with proper nutrition.
Also a client would need a course in psychotherapy.
