I need to know how i can stop or cut down. I'm hurting my grades, family, and my own life at risk i need help. My dad use to smoke alot of pot as well and he takes meds for anxeity and small depression

Answer
Hello Jacob,

We can say that pot aggravates depression, because people who smoke pot usually do so BECAUSE they are depressed. Somehow smoking pot gave them relief from depression and this is what is called a high.

Most pot smokers have a biochemical disorder, that may predate pot smoking. They are usually found to be hypoglycemic when medially tested.

Thus the first step in overcoming the cravings for smoking is to go on a hypoglycemic diet.
